Plan NH will conduct its final charrette of the 2011-12 year in Rindge on January 27-28. The project is to create a new “town center” at the intersection of Routes 119 and 202, taking into consideration the needs of the citizens of Rindge as well as those of the students, faculty and others at Franklin Peirce College nearby.
