On Tuesday August 15, the Plan NH Board unanimously elected Paul Roberson, Account Executive at The Rowley Agency, as its new President, effective immediately.  Mr. Roberson takes over from Rob Dapice (New Hampshire Housing),  who had served in that capacity for two and a half years.

Mr. Roberson is a comercial insurance producer specializing in assisting businesses throughout New England with their insurance and risk management programs.

He graduated from Plymouth State University in 2002 with a major in Management, and after 5 years with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in various roles including management,  began his career in the insurance industry in 2007.  He spent time on the insurance company side as a Loss Control Field Rep and then Regional Director with Acadia Insurance prior to starting with The Rowley Agency in 2013.

In those 10 years, Mr. Roberson served on many non-profits, including the Safety and Health Council of Northern New England as a Conference Committee Member, as President of his family’s non-profit Do it For Donna, Inc., and as League Coordinator and Secretary for the Londonderry Youth Soccer Association.   Over the past year he has  also been active as a volunteer at The Friendly Kitchen in Concord, NH.

Said Mr. Roberson in a prepared statement:

My experience with Plan NH as a supporter and more recently as a board member, has and continues to be extremely rewarding.  The tangible impact that this organization provides through its partnerships and steadfast mission of, “…excellence in planning and design and development of NH’s built environment,”  is a worthy cause that all should be involved in.  It’s an exciting time for Plan NH; the future is full of many opportunities for the organization to succeed and bolster itself as an even more prominent collective that will help NH continue to be a wonderful state to live in for all.  It’s an honor to be considered for leadership of Plan NH; I look forward to being actively involved for many more years to come.
