REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
MUNICIPAL GUIDANCE DOCUMENT ON ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT LAW
New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants interested in preparing a technical assistance guidance document for use by New Hampshire municipalities as they work to comply with the new Accessory Dwelling Unit statute (SB146). The guidance document will include the following:
- Description of the statute’s requirements and options
- Illustrative examples of what communities have done to accommodate ADUs consistent with the statute.
