Public-Private Partnerships at Work in Downtown Nashua – 5/19/25
Join Plan NH for an afternoon of education, inspiration, and rooftop networking in Downtown Nashua!
This event will begin with a panel presentation exploring how municipalities and private sector partners can work together to deliver impactful results in tough times, followed by a walking tour of Downtown Nashua showcasing real-world examples of recent projects made possible by public-private partnerships, including affordable and market-rate housing developments, public realm upgrades, and arts and cultural initiatives. Participants will gain insight into how incremental design improvements, thoughtful planning, and collaborative relationships can unlock value for both the community and developers.

We will begin at the Nashua Center for the Arts (201 Main Street, Nashua) for the initial presentations and panel discussion, then head out for a walking tour covering an area of approximately 1.5 miles. After the walking portion, all attendees are invited to enjoy a beverage, light refreshments, and networking on the rooftop patio of The Rambling House. CEUs through AIA and APA pending approval.
