NH Construction Industry Ethics Award
The NH Construction Industry Ethics Award is presented annually to “the individual, business or organization that, through its words and deeds, best demonstrates a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in construction.”
Judging for the award is done by a distinguished panel of New Hampshire industry-related individuals, people whose own integrity and judgment is universally respected, and includes past award recipients. The award carries with it a handsome plaque and $1,000 cash contribution to the recipient’s charity of choice.
The Award’s continued sponsor David “Woody” Wood, was a nationally-recognized writer and newsletter publisher. A past president of the Construction Writers Association, he has long championed the issue of ethics in construction. When he retired, he invited Plan NH to assume administration of this program.
Congratulations to Fire Marshal Sean P. Toomey, the 2022 reciepient of the NH Construction Industry Ethics Award!
Marshal Toomey has chosen to split his donation between the Plan NH Scholarship Fund, of which Sean is a prior recipient, and the New Hampshire Association of Fire Chiefs Scholarship Fund.
