Sarah Brock, Energy Circuit Rider Program Director, Clean Energy NH

Sarah leads a team of seven staff providing no-cost technical assistance to municipalities, small businesses, and farms across New Hampshire on projects related to clean energy and energy efficiency. Sarah recently led a cohort of 35 NH towns through a four-month SolSmart NH cohort, providing training and technical assistance to improve local solar permitting and zoning practices. Sarah co-authored the recently updated NH Model Solar Zoning Ordinance.

Deb Perry, Program Director, International City/County Management Association (ICMA)

Deb is a planner with more than 18 years of experience supporting local, state and regional governments to accelerate the transition to clean energy and mitigate the impacts of climate change. She currently leads ICMA’s clean energy and climate resilience portfolio. Deb co-authored the recently updated NH Model Solar Zoning Ordinance and has provided training and technical assistance to NH communities through the SolSmart NH program.
