Almost 80 people attended the Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s) workshop, hosted by Plan NH, held on March 17 at the Audubon Center in Concord.
Ben Frost, of New Hampshire Housing, gave an overview of SB 146 (signed on March 16 by Governor Hassan), its origins, and what it means for communities. John Vogl, acting Town Planner for Londonderry, and Jonathan Edwards, planning consultant with Arnett Development Group, talked about Londonderry’s ADU ordinance (and re-write) and what it has meant for them.
