Nominations are now open for the thirtieth annual New Hampshire Construction Industry Ethics Award, a milestone year celebrating the leaders who set the bar for integrity in the state’s construction industry. This prestigious honor is awarded to “the individual, business, or organization that, through words and deeds, best demonstrates a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in construction.” Along with a distinguished plaque, the recipient will also receive a $2,000 donation made in their name to the charity of their choice.
“Navigating growth and development in New Hampshire requires trust, transparency, and a deep respect for community,” notes Tiffany Tononi McNamara, Executive Director of Plan NH. “We are truly honored to steward this award and to help shine a spotlight on those in the construction industry who lead with integrity and inspire others to do the same.”
Nominations will be accepted through January 16, 2026, with the award winner to be announced in summer 2026. Full nomination guidelines are available on the Plan NH website under Programs, or by contacting the award’s steward, Plan NH, at 603-452-7526 or info@plannh.org.
The long-time sponsor of the Award, David “Woody” Wood—now retired—is a nationally recognized writer, publisher, and past president of the Construction Writers Association. His steadfast advocacy for ethics in construction helped establish this award as a respected benchmark of professional integrity.
A distinguished panel of New Hampshire industry leaders, including past recipients, will review nominations. Known for their own high standards and sound judgment, the judges ensure that each year’s honoree truly represents the best of the construction industry.
