North Branch Completes Construction at Wallace Farm Apartments, Phase 2 in Londonderry, NH

(Londonderry, NH) North Branch Construction, one of the largest multi-unit housing builders in New Hampshire, has completed construction of three multi-unit apartment buildings at the Wallace Farm Apartment Homes community on Bridle Path Lane in Londonderry, NH. The project, Wallace Farm Phase 2, was a $13.2 million project comprised of the construction of three 24-unit three-story apartment buildings along with the associated site and infrastructure work. The 72 additional 1- and 2-bedroom units built in Phase 2 bring the total number of mixed-income units available within the Wallace Farm community to 168 units.

Christopher Fokas of Wallace Farm Development, GP, LLC is the developer of the project. New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority provided funding for this phase of much-needed rental housing through the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and a HUD HOME subsidy. Market Square Architects of Portsmouth, NH provided architectural design services for the project.

 

Buildings 5, 6, and 8, built by North Branch Construction in Phase 2 at Wallace Farm Apartment Homes in Londonderry, NH, bring an additional 72 units to the Wallace Farm community.
