In April 2024, Plan NH completed a Community Design Charrette in the Town of Sunapee, NH. After a rainy tour of the target area and conducting public listening sessions, the Charrette Team presented a series of recommendations related to enhancing the Sunapee Harbor and Sunapee Harbor Riverwalk areas and creating more connectivity between those areas and other key community locations.
Our team was struck by the many assets and opportunities that exist in Sunapee as well as the clear sense of community pride and enthusiasm exuded by all of the residents that came our to participate in the public listening sessions. Sunapee had over 100 people attend one session!
