Plan NH is pleased to announce that its NH Municipal Technical Assistance Grant (MTAG) Program information and application instructions are now available.
The purpose of the MTAG Program is to provide funds, through a competitive application process, to municipalities who wish to create or amend their zoning ordinances so that there are more housing choices to meet the changing and diverse needs of their citizens. Grants range from $2,500 to $10,000 and a 25% cash match will be required.
Funding for this program has been made possible from New Hampshire Housing.
