Plan NH seeks nominations for Merit Awards

Do you know of, or have you worked on yourself, a project here in New Hampshire (completed since 2010) that embodies Smart Growth/Livability Principles, Social Responsibility, and/or creative approaches to cooperation and collaboration?

Has this project had a positive impact on the social, economic and/or environmental (including health) fabric of the community? Is this an exceptional project that merits recognition?

If so, we invite you to submit a nomination of that project for Merit Award consideration.

This is not a contest with a set number of winners or a competition to showcase architectural / site design. Although design is important, selection will be based on the project’s fulfillment of the Mission of Plan NH and how it addresses the questions included in the nomination materials.

Nominations are due April 7, 2017.

Bill Jean welcomes 2016 Award recipients.

Led by Bill Jean of Fulcrum Associates, a team of volunteers from a variety of professions will review and assess the nominations.

Recipient projects will be recognized at the annual Awards Dinner on June 21, 2017 at The Derryfield in Manchester.
