Plan NH just completed our 70th Charrette thanks to the Town of Wolfeboro!
In early October, the Wolfeboro Steering Committee welcomed our multidisciplinary Charrette team to explore a few of their priority planning and design challenges, including: enhancing the historic character of the town, supporting mixed commercial, residential, and municipal use in and around their downtown, encouraging pedestrian connectivity between their downtown and nearby commercial corridor, and improving recreational and social opportunities for all ages.
The team toured the community, held several listening sessions with community leaders and members of the public, and ended the 2-day intensive with a public presentation focused on recommendations for tackling the community-identified challenges. During the next three months, an in-depth report will be produced for the Town of Wolfeboro.
